About
Lucas Quadros
Magento, WooCommerce and Shopify specialist
I’ve worked with e-commerce technology since 2013 — dropshipping, inventory-based stores, marketplaces and payment gateways — helping companies build, fix and evolve online sales operations.
My story
My journey started with PHP and evolved into high-complexity e-commerce projects on Magento, Adobe Commerce, WooCommerce and Shopify. Along the way I worked on very different operations: inventory-based stores, dropshipping models and businesses selling across multiple channels at once.
That gave me a practical view of how each model affects the platform. In dropshipping, the challenge is usually supplier integrations, order automation and reliability in the post-sale flow. In stock-based e-commerce, the focus shifts to catalog sync, inventory reservation, fulfillment and consistency between the store, ERP and logistics.
I’ve also built marketplace integrations — product publishing, price and stock sync, order management and error handling in integrations that cannot go down. And payment gateways: checkout, antifraud, installments, subscriptions and financial reconciliation in high-volume operations.
My experience includes Magento modules, WooCommerce customizations, Shopify apps and themes, ERP APIs and production store maintenance — always focused on what impacts sales, margins and operational stability.
I’ve worked with companies such as Wipro, Kaibox, WeAndYou, Endopure and other organizations on national and international projects — learning different processes, architectures, teams and technical challenges.
Over the years I noticed many companies share the same problem: they rely on platforms critical to their business, but lack a specialist who can take technical ownership of evolving those applications.
That’s how my current positioning was born. Today I work as an e-commerce technology specialist — someone who understands the operation, identifies technical bottlenecks and takes ownership of platform evolution.
I believe technology should enable growth, not be a constant source of problems.
How I work
My approach is built on three pillars:
Technical quality
Solid architecture, performance and best practices in every delivery — code built to last.
Clear communication
I translate technical decisions into business language, without unnecessary jargon.
Long-term partnership
I support platform evolution and client growth over time, not just one-off projects.
My goal is to be the specialist companies trust to build, maintain and evolve Magento, WooCommerce and Shopify stores — with technical depth and a focus on what impacts sales.
